Moisture of unestablished origin was recorded in a corridor with no plumbing, no exterior wall and no reported spill. Three investigations concluded independently that the moisture was present. None addressed why. Closed on the grounds that the corridor subsequently dried.

The Head of Legume Ethics opened a review and, before it concluded, vacated the position. The review remains assigned to the position rather than to a person, and the position remains vacant.

A display fault caused readings from one reporting node to be attributed to another for an undetermined period. Because the affected node was Tokyo and the receiving node was Milwaukee, the error produced plausible values and was not detected by monitoring. A quantity of $WET was recorded as both issued and not issued across two ledgers maintained for that purpose. Accounting holds that the units exist. Legal holds that they do not. Both ledgers are current. Reconciliation is scheduled for a date that has not been set.
